I turn three today. Or so to say!

This year, 3 years back, I met with one more cycling injury, one that was to put me down to rest for a year, most of which was bed rest, and then walker, then crutches, relearning how to carry my weight.

My doc (shrini) put me back on my own two feet, defying the rest! My family (shakti, saloni, sanjana & Ma) made the journey a breeze! My friends & wellwishers made sure I never lost hope! And My team at Suchdev Associates made me virtually replaceable!

All set! Except that it was I who had to bounce back.

Finally, when permitted all activities, including sports, in 2024 I added swimming and running to my passion for cycling. And wished I could do a half marathon.

And finally, before the year end, on 28th December, I completed my first Half Marathon, with a timing of 2:12:30, injury free, having fun, cheering crowds, making friends on the way. And a resolve to not stop!

Confucius said: We have two lives, and the second begins when we realize we have only one! And I turn three today!
